流体軸受けボールベアリング ファン

高性能な流体軸受けファンは内部にオイルを使用した設計で、従来のボールベアリングファンよりも動作音が少なく、熱も軽減します。潤滑なベアリング面が摩擦や振動を抑え、総合電力の消費を削減します。このようなデザインはファンの寿命を延ばすことにも繋がります。

動作

ファンのシャフトが回転する際、薄い高圧オイルがベアリング面の間に作り出されます。回転速度が上がるにつれ、高圧オイルが潤滑な回転を維持します。ヘリングボーン構造が効果的な潤滑を作り、オイルの漏れも防ぎます。下図はFDBファンの主な構造をイラストにしたものです：

“It’s really getting to the point now where anything with the Seasonic name on it is worth buying, isn’t it? Are we surprised at all by this unit’s fantastic performance here today? This unit is awesome. The price is right, it’s as insanely stable with the voltages as you would expect from one of Seasonic’s better units, it has no trouble meeting its Gold efficiency at all, and even with some weirdness going on in the scope it still brought its A game to the score. There’s nothing more needing to be said. Seasonic is completely running away with the whole consumer power supply industry right now.”
