流體動力軸承風扇

高性能流體動力軸承（FDB）風扇的設計充分利用了油膜吸收衝擊的優勢。此種風扇非常持久，同時也比雙滾珠軸承風扇製造更低的噪音和溫度。軸承表面的油膜幫助減少摩擦和震動，因此降低了總功耗。高效能且安靜的旋轉和堅固的結構大幅地增加了流體動力軸承風扇的壽命。

FDB如何運作

當風扇軸芯旋轉時，高壓液態油會沿著軸套的凹槽流動形成一層薄膜，以潤滑的軸承面。隨著轉速增加，液態油壓也跟著增加，軸芯會與軸承分離，以此達成平順低摩擦的旋轉。Ｖ字型的凹槽有助於有效地引導動態油膜，同時也避免洩漏。下圖描述FDB風扇的主要特點：

“It’s really getting to the point now where anything with the Seasonic name on it is worth buying, isn’t it? Are we surprised at all by this unit’s fantastic performance here today? This unit is awesome. The price is right, it’s as insanely stable with the voltages as you would expect from one of Seasonic’s better units, it has no trouble meeting its Gold efficiency at all, and even with some weirdness going on in the scope it still brought its A game to the score. There’s nothing more needing to be said. Seasonic is completely running away with the whole consumer power supply industry right now.”
